Each T1 member shared their ideas for champions they’d like to see get skins commemorating their LoL Worlds 2024 victory. They haven’t made final choices yet, but they have a few ideas that reflect their year in competition.
With this win, T1 now has five sets of Worlds skins in-game, more than any other organization, as they’re the only team with multiple championships. The art team may be finding it increasingly challenging to keep each new set distinctive.
Still, the 2024 winners have some initial preferences for their second consecutive Worlds skins. Given that Worlds 2024 became the most-watched esports event ever, fans are eager to see the champions they choose.
Here’s a look at T1’s picks for their LoL Worlds 2024 skins:
Which Champions Are Getting T1 Worlds 2024 Skins?
Every member of T1, except for Faker, has shortlisted two or three potential champions. Note that these picks are tentative and could change:
- Zeus: Ornn, Gragas, Camille
- Oner: Vi, Xin Zhao
- Faker: Open to fan preference
- Gumayusi: Jhin, Varus
- Keria: Pyke, Renata
Faker’s response this year is much like last year’s—he’s happy to let fans decide since he rarely uses skins himself, even one that Riot valued at nearly $500. If I were to make a guess, Sylas could be a good pick, given his role in some of T1’s biggest victories during the tournament.
With this new skin, Faker will have a total of nine skins—more than almost half of the League of Legends roster. He earned four skins from previous Worlds wins, three from the Hall of Legends, and two from winning this year.
Meanwhile, the other players will each have two skins, with Zeus having a total of three, thanks to his MVP award and a special prestige skin last year.
