TSM Calls Out ImperialHal After Falcons’ ALGS Split 2 Playoffs Disappointment

Former TSM teammates of Phillip ‘ImperialHal’ Dosen criticized his performance after Team Falcons’ disappointing result in the ALGS Split 2 Playoffs. Despite being considered a “super team” with stars like ImperialHal, Noyan ‘Genburten’ Ozkose, and Rhys ‘Zer0’ Perry, Falcons only managed to secure 20th place at the LAN event on September 1, earning just 20 points in the Grand Finals.

After the event, Hal’s ex-TSM teammates took to social media to criticize both him and his team’s performance while highlighting their own success. TSM’s Jordan ‘Reps’ Wolfe commented on X, “One day you guys will realize it takes 3 people to win a LAN. One person doesn’t carry.” He later clarified that his remark was aimed at those who believed TSM was nothing without ImperialHal.

TSM, who finished fourth in the tournament and had a shot at the title, contrasted sharply with Falcons, who struggled on the final day. Evan ‘Verhulst’ Verhulst also took a jab at Falcons and Hal after the event, sarcastically referring to them as a “superteam.”

The tension between the players has been brewing since ImperialHal left TSM for the Saudi Arabian organization. Verhulst previously revealed that playing with ImperialHal was often a “miserable” experience.

Apex Legends fans joined the discussion. With one Reddit post questioning whether this tournament served as an “ego check” for Hal. Mocking his decision to leave TSM and form a super team that ended up in 20th place.

In response to the posts from his former teammates, ImperialHal acknowledged Verhulst’s comments, saying he had “taught” him well and looked forward to facing him at the ALGS Championships in January. Since leaving TSM, Hal has won the North American ALGS Pro League in Split 2 and placed second at the Esports World Cup, despite the disappointing Split 1 Playoffs.
