Real Betis and Anderlecht have reached an agreement for the transfer of Raúl Jiménez. The left-footed winger from Seville (born 03-10-1998) was a highly sought-after player in the green-and-white squad. The Belgian champions have paid a significant amount to finalize the deal with the Spanish club. Trained in the youth academy and a full international, Raúl Jiménez had offers from First Division clubs. But with one year left on his contract, Real Betis hoped he would lead their project in the Second Division and even considered negotiating a contract extension.
