The second Counter-Strike 2 Major is set to take place in China, featuring a revamped format and a substantial prize pool. Here’s everything you need to know about the event, including how to watch it, the teams that have qualified, and the schedule.
The Shanghai CS2 Major will be hosted by Perfect World, a Valve partner responsible for publishing the Chinese versions of Counter-Strike and Dota 2. Counter-Strike has had a strong following in China for years, and this marks the country’s first Major tournament. While time zones may pose a challenge for European viewers, the schedule is listed below for reference.
Streaming: The Shanghai Major will be streamed in English on PGL’s Twitch and YouTube channels. The Twitch stream is available below, as the RMR qualifiers are currently underway.
