The Spanish women’s futsal team, three-time European champions, secured their second consecutive victory against Morocco on Wednesday. Winning 6-0 after a 10-1 triumph on Tuesday in Las Rozas. This marks a positive start to Claudia Pons’ team’s preparation for the 2025 World Cup qualifiers in the Philippines. Early on, after a brief period of testing between both sides, Laura Fernández led Spain’s charge with two promising chances. Ale de Paz opened the scoring after a well-executed recovery by Laura Uña, who assisted her. Allowing Ale to slot the ball into the top corner past Bentaleb. Despite Morocco’s resilience, with Jasmine forcing a strong save from Ari midway through the first half, Spain doubled their lead in the 15th minute as Peque converted a penalty.
