The Halo World Championship 2024 will once again gather the top Halo Infinite teams from around the globe, all competing for the title of this year’s champions.
Returning to the Seattle Convention Center in Washington, this will be the third championship event for Halo Infinite. Sixteen qualified teams will face off for a $1,000,000 prize pool.
Spacestation Gaming, fresh off three major wins this season, is a strong favorite. However, OpTic Gaming and FaZe Clan are close competitors.
Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know about the Halo World Championship 2024, including the stream, schedule, prize pool, and team standings.
Stream:
The event will be broadcast on Halo’s official Twitch and HCS YouTube channels, with a list of co-streamers yet to be announced.
Schedule:
The championship will take place from October 4-6, 2024, at the Seattle Convention Center. The HCS broadcast will begin each day at 12 PM PT / 3 PM EST / 8 PM ET.
Tournament Format:
- Pool Play (October 4): Teams are divided into four groups and compete in a round-robin format. The top two teams from each group advance to the Winners Round 1, while the third-placed teams go to Lower Round 1. The last-placed teams are eliminated.
- Championship Bracket (October 5-6): The top 12 teams compete in a double elimination format. Matches are best-of-five (BO5), with the Grand Final being a best-of-seven (BO7).
