Miguel Velez is confirmed as the new coach of Torreense, following an announcement made by the Torres Vedras club on its social media this Monday.
“The 40-year-old coach will lead the men’s futsal team for the 2023/2024 season,” stated the Liga Placard club.
Before joining Torreense, Velez advanced through the youth systems at Sporting and AMSAC, where he began his senior coaching career. In the past two seasons, he managed to keep the Loures team in the second division, nearly achieving promotion to Division I in the 2023/24 season.
