NA’VI Clinches PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 with Record-Breaking Viewership

Natus Vincere clinched the inaugural Major trophy of the CS2 era with a thrilling victory over FaZe Clan in the nail-biting grand final of PGL Major Copenhagen 2024. The decisive showdown drew in over 1.8 million Peak Viewers, ranking it as the third most-watched event in Counter-Strike history.

The grand final of the Copenhagen Major was an intense affair, extending to all three maps. Both teams demonstrated resilience by clinching victories on their opponent’s chosen map: FaZe Clan stumbled on Ancient, succumbing 9:13, while NAVI suffered a heavy defeat on Mirage, losing 2:13. The pivotal match of the series, Inferno, showcased NAVI’s dominance as they secured a commanding 13:3 victory.

Natus Vincere secured their second Major title, with b1t becoming a two-time Major champion under two different Natus Vincere rosters.

The semifinal match between G2 Esports and Natus Vincere also garnered significant viewership, peaking at 1.069 million Peak Viewers.
