The Iranian Hossein Tayebi is at risk of missing the upcoming edition of the Asian Cup. The winger/pivot of Illes Balears Palma suffered an injury during the defeat against FC Barcelona, raising the possibility of his absence in the final stage of the competition.
Aged 35, Tayebi, who previously played for Benfica between 2020 and 2022, sustained a foot injury, the severity of which may necessitate his sidelining.
