Fede Vidal calls up 16 players for two friendlies against Germany

We have reason to congratulate ourselves as Fede Vidal has returned to activity after overcoming the illness that kept him out of work for several months. He was already on the verge of qualifying against the Czech Republic and Italy on the FIFA date in December. Today, he has finalized a list of 16 players to face Germany on February 4 and 6 in Aschaffenburg (3:00 p.m.) and Wetzlar (6:30 p.m.), respectively.

This match against Germany is unprecedented, given their exclusion in the ‘Elite Round’ on the road to the World Cup in Uzbekistan. In that phase, they could only beat Slovakia, which was also eliminated.

The base of 16 players will likely be the ones participating in the World Cup, pending FIFA’s confirmation of the number of eligible players.

In the goal: Jess Herrero (Movistar Inter) and Chemi (Jimbee Cartagena). It’s worth noting that Ddac Plana is currently experiencing some discomfort, leading to his absence from the Super Cup.

Closing the team: Boyis (Via Albali Valdepeñas), Tomas (Jimbee Cartagena), and Raya (Movistar Inter).

Wing-clasps: Antonio Pérez (FC Barcelona) and Mellado (Jimbee Cartagena), both versatile. They exhibited an excellent performance, with Blanca effectively defending against the goalkeeper player.

Wings: Chino and César (Jan Paraíso Interior), Adolfo (FC Barcelona), Corts (Quesos El Hidalgo Manzanares), and ‘Pani’ (Servigroup Pescola).

As wing-pivot, the captain returns, Raul Campos (Quesos El Hidalgo Manzanares), and Raul Gómez (Movistar Inter).

And as pivots: Gordillo (Mallorca Palma Futsal) and Pablo Ramírez (Jimbee Cartagena). Quesos El Hidalgo Manzanares will miss their leaders Daniel and Juan Emilio.
